You should eat the potatoes 20-30 minutes before meal or on an empty stomach. You can drink juice of raw potatoes. Gargle water, or drink fruit or carrot juice to avoid the itchy throat after the use of raw potatoes. You must not use this remedy if you suffer from low secretion of gastric acid, explicit intestinal fermentation processes and serious diabetes. Mix 2 kilograms of granulated onions with 4 glasses of sugar and warm the mix in an oven till the moment the yellow syrup develops. Take a teaspoon of the syrup 3 times a day for 4 months.
